Phosphorylation-Specific Antibody Production
INQUIRYCreative BioMart is confident to provide our customers with high-affinity phosphorylation-specific antibodies for their kinase/phosphatase biology research and pharmaceutical development projects. With our advanced technology platform and experienced scientific team, we offer a fully custom service package for phosphorylation-specific antibody production to ensure that our customers receive the required antibodies as soon as possible.
Background
Phosphorylation is a ubiquitous and essential post-translational modification (PTM) mediated by kinases and phosphatases. Reversible phosphorylation and dephosphorylation modulate the functional properties of proteins responsible for gene expression, cell adhesion, cellular localization, cell proliferation, cell differentiation, cell cycle, metabolism, signal transduction, and many other key cellular events. Abnormal phosphorylation is a cause or consequence of many diseases, such as cancer, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, neurodegenerative diseases, and autoimmune diseases. Therefore, a comprehensive assessment of protein phosphorylation is essential for understanding protein function and monitoring the physiological state of cells.
The study of protein phosphorylation largely relies on the availability of specific antibody reagents. Phosphorylation-specific antibodies are capable of discriminating between phosphorylated and non-phosphorylated proteins. They have been widely utilized as the most powerful tool for the qualitative and quantitative detection of phosphorylated proteins and visualization of site-specific phosphorylation in cells. The development of hundreds of phosphorylation-specific antibodies has made it possible to study protein phosphorylation in situ, and offers many exciting opportunities for drug development and diagnostics.

Capabilities
Creative BioMart offers our extensive experience in the production of phosphorylation-specific antibodies to maximize the chance to produce highly specific, sensitive and reproducible antibodies within a short period of time. We have successfully produced hundreds of custom phosphorylation-specific antibodies for our customers worldwide. We also have the capacity to manufacture antibodies in large quantities.
Service Options
Creative BioMart offers extensive selection of phospho-specific antibodies suitable for various applications. The phosphorylation-specific antibodies we offer are affinity purified and will not cross-react with non-phosphorylated forms of proteins. We will do our best to optimize the custom project to perfectly meet your research requirements.
